Article II from the Statement of Faith and Constitution of the Armenian Evangelical Brethren Church

1. We believe in the truth of the Word of God. (2 Tim. 3:16)

2. We believe that God created man in His own image. And that man through his own free will, fell from the glory of God. (Rom. 3:23)

3. We believe that Jesus Christ is eternal God, born of the virgin Mary. He is both God and perfect man. (John 1:1)

4. We believe the Holy Spirit is perfect God and as a spirit of promise on Pentecost established permanent residence in the body of Christ, who is the church. (John 15:26)

5. We believe the church is the body and bride of Christ and is composed of all those who believe in Jesus Christ and are born again. (Acts 2:47)

6. We believe angels are heavenly beings created to minister to believers.

7. We believe in the pre-millennial return of Christ, rapture of the church. (1 Thes. 4:15)

8. We believe in the resurrection of the dead, final Judgment, eternal life and damnation.

9. We believe in the existence of Satan and hell. (Matt. 4:1)
